Dr. Veronica Flores

Dr. Flores grew up in the coastal town of Watsonville, California and was active in the 4H program. Showing her dog, rabbits, lambs, pigs, and horse sparked her love of animals and passion for their care!Veronica attended the University of California Davis to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. After graduation, she worked in the biomedical industry for a summer, then traveled to New Zealand and Australia in work-study programs. Upon returning to the States, she attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in the Caribbean for her DVM, then completed her clinical year at Oklahoma State University before settling in Texas with her husband.Dr. Flores’s professional interests include pet wellness, reproduction, and production health medicine. She also likes the educational process and sharing her knowledge with families. Veronica says she loves interacting with pet owners—a different breed in and of themselves!
